"We stay in this beautiful old (with modern amenities) hotel, which we certainly hope has protected landmark, status every Christmas when we come to Syracuse to visit family. We love it. Staff is superb and always welcoming and helpful… and really go above and beyond. This morning after an enormous overnight snowstorm, we were astonished to discover that our car parked in the hotel parking lot was ready to drive because someone from the staff had already cleaned off all the snow. Nothing but good vibes in this place!"
