"Staff are wonderful, very polite and keen to help. Only slight moan is that our bedroom was on the cold side and the shower was luke warm with poor flow. Otherwise very clean, comfortable bed, well equipped room. "

"Two adults stayed. Used both bedrooms. Very hot but able to open windows. Enjoyed the upstairs outside deck when we were there. Useful having washing machine. Plenty of street parking, but tight spaces & don’t rely on parking directly outside. Bathroom tiny but fit for purpose. Easy walk to beach front. Thank you "

"A well-run bed and breakfast which provides everything you need. The rooms are spotless and ample sized. The location for the beach and town, is excellent. Breakfast is also brilliant with a wide range to choose from. A very nice place to stay."

"Wish they had more rooms with bigger beds Also wished they'd have had face towels. Overall great property. Staff were absolutely wonderful. Would definitely stay again while in Clacton. "
