"Nice place, big rooms"

"Clean room, very helpful staff. Overall a very positive experience except that a rat ran across the parking lot from the smokers area into the bushes while we were standing there waiting for a cab to take us to dinner at about 6:30 pm. Kind of made me wonder….."

"Two adults stayed. Used both bedrooms. Very hot but able to open windows. Enjoyed the upstairs outside deck when we were there. Useful having washing machine. Plenty of street parking, but tight spaces & don’t rely on parking directly outside. Bathroom tiny but fit for purpose. Easy walk to beach front. Thank you "

"It was a excellent stay, nice clean caravan perfect size for a couple or family of four. Just opposite club house, good if you don't mind a little noise till about 12, which we didn't mind at all. "

"The facilities were very good and the staff we encountered were all great. It was busy at times in the spa, with just enough space to be relaxing. We enjoyed our morning visit to the spa more than the afternoon. Nearby Frinton beach and high street was worth a visit. "

"De accommodatie is eenvoudig en verouderd en erg warm. Ontbijt wordt in het restaurant geserveerd er naast en is niet heel uitgebreid, weinig keus, pancakes waren koud. De accomodatienaam klopt niet en het adres wat er bij staat ook niet, dit gaat om een andere accomodatie van Premier Inn, dit is verwarrend!! "

"Parking was roof top reasonable price overnight. A very reasonably priced exceptionally clean basic hotel for what i needed, city center. Would definitely stay again "
