"We stayed here for the weekend for my brothers 60th birthday and set up a surprise and Leah the manager was so helpful and helped us to make it possible. I booked a expensive family room for 1 night, but when I reached to hotel they said no rooms available and he said it's mistake from hotels.com website do not to accept bookings. I booked 5 days before and they confirmed by mail and message and charged onspot on booking by online. I booked it because it's it's very near to beach but they took me a different rooms where refurbishing 3-4 rooms which was bad smell, no bathrooms, no drinking water, no WiFi...
