The Imperial Hotel

"As regular visitors to the Imperial Hotel we thought that this was an Inferior room to what we have had in the past, 1 no safe 2 Window did not have an opening on a hot day for fresh air so always steamed up 3 My wife fell out of the bed during the night because the mattress was larger than the base and sloped over the edge off base 4 The hand Gel in the bathroom had no Lather as it looked to be diluted like water. When we reported the above to Ricky on Reception he said that the room 238 was one of the better rooms. Also not amused by the Parking charge of £14.00 per night which I found Extortionate from past stays. We came away not Happy Bunnies"

"A really lovely hotel, room was excellent and cleaned every day, bathroom and shower also excellent. Staff training could do with a bit more, some of the staff were unhelpful i.e. ordering room service and explanation of the location for the overflow carpark...would definitely stay here again 😊"

"Excellent stay , good location , great room . When we arrived we had been upgraded to a family rooms, the room was really and really clean , the family part of the room had bunk beds tv and even a PlayStation , the only thing that we couldn’t do was park which wasn’t a big problem as we parked opposite pleasure beach in 24hr car park ."

"Family friendly hotel with sea view close to all the attractions. Hosts were lovely and gave lots of tips about travel and booking attractions which is not easy to find. All areas were very clean and decorated in a modern style. We didn't have breakfast as my boys enjoy a lie in, but it smelled amazing!!!"

"Second time for us at Shores. The location is spot on for exploring Blackpool or attending Lytham festival by bus/flyer. Our apartment, Bamburgh is at the very top, sleeps 4(2 on a sofa bed). Plenty of room, adequate kitchen and bathroom, both nicely appointed. A good hot shower. Parking is available very near by at a cost. Velvet Coaster wetherspoons nearby if cooking isnt your thing. We would stay again and recommend."
