"Give Keisha a pay rise! From the outside the property does look a little aged but don't let that deceive you. Inside the lobby area and much of the hotel it feels very refreshed with the recent renovation. Upon arrival the staff were very friendly, especially Keisha, who walked me through the self check in, as well as the hotel amenities. After finding out my slight obsession with aviation, Keisha even upgraded my room, free of charge, to one with a view! The room was clean and tidy, as well as being relatively modern and in good knick. The bed was comfortable and bathroom (whilst being a little dated) was again clean, tidy and had everything you'd need. In the morning I needed to get to T5, the pod service was very efficient, effective and stress-free. I'd absolutely stay there again and would recommend it."

"Located in the heart of Windsor, the Christoper Wren has old world charm and the staff is extremely attentive and helpful. I arrived early, stored my luggage and went off to explore the town. When I returned to check in my bags had already been sent to my room. Nice touch. As it is an old hotel there are stairs to the rooms so I greatly appreciately the help with my bags. The staff at the front desk was extremely attentive and hospitable. The room was spacious, clean and charming. Enjoyed a glass of wine on the outdoor patio overlooking the river. Overall a wonderful stay. Highly recommend and I would absolutely stay again next time I am in Windsor"

"We travelled for a concert and unfortunately our room was not ready when we arrived to check in. The reception staff offered us an upgrade which we were pleased with. The room and hotel in general were very nice and comfortable, staff were friendly, breakfast was great. The only real negative was that we wanted to get food when we returned from the concert but despite some items on the menu being listed as available 24 hours no food was being served."

"Fantastic hotel! Staff very welcoming and nothing was too much bother. We had an issue with our bathroom which needed maintenance so we had to switch rooms but staff dealt with it efficiently and couldn’t be any more apologetic. A bonus as the new room had air conditioning 😉 Would definitely go back!"
