"This is a great spot if you are attending a concert at Sunbet Arena - only a 5 min (safe) walk from the venue. Restaurants are about a 3 min walk at Times Square. The hotel itself is very clean and modern. Check-in was quick and efficient with friendly staff on reception. Room was spacious, light and airy with sufficient plates, cutlery, etc and even a washer/dryer. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use any of the facilities or to enjoy breakfast as it was just a quick visit. Parking is in an underground secure parking lot - make sure you park in a spot marked “C Reserved” on r you’ll get clamped!"

"The property is okay with a nice, well equipped gym. There is a coffee shop at receptionserving good barista coffee. But the cleanliness left much to be desired. There was lots of dust in the unit we booked and daily cleaning services were not adhered to. The blackout blind in one of the bedrooms was in a state of disrepair without a control chain to roll it up and down which meant the room had to remain dark all day and it also restricted the ventilation as the blind blocks the air coming in from the window. This made it uncomfortable to sleep in during the hot summer nights we spent there."
