"The room was slightly stuffy and couldn’t change the air con settings very easily. Other than that everything was spotless, the staff were helpful the lady who booked us in was great and ordered me a taxi for a specified time. A very pleasant stay."

Noisy building work going on, could maybe have offered some sort of compensation, drink or breakfast perhaps. Also water in room, but unclear if this was complimentary or chargeable. "At the price I paid for this I honestly wasn't expecting much but my friend and I had 2 rooms (front ground floor) and they were both excellent, clean and comfortable and I honestly could not fault them. I was worried that because of the rooms position it would be noisy, but no I had a great nights sleep. Position size its about10 mins walk from Carrow Road there is a good pub just across the road and also a cafe. The hotel has its own bar and provides breakfast but I didn't get the chance to use either but the bar looked ok and going on my experience of the staff I met I'm sure the breakfasts will be good. Parking:- there is no car park but street parking is free after 4pm till I think 9am. However if you need to park outside these times the hotel provided a parking permit for £5."

"The room looked old but clean. The shower head was faulty and was leaking, so showering was not the best experience. I also developed severe itchiness from the bed sheets, had to contact some local friends to lend me new bed sheets, covers and pillow cases to put on top. The quality of stay clearly did not match the expectations and price."
