"The property is well situated in the central business district of Charleston across from a large & lovely park. My wife & I stayed for 4 nights. Parking in the area is scarce & expensive, so valet parking fees are a challenging but very convenient.
Our room was not as pictured by Expedia, however, the hotel manager graciously moved us to one which was as pictured. The maid service was good aside from one day when there was a towel & coffee shortage when we returned in the evening, though that was easily rectified by calling the desk. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating."
