"The room was very clean. Faye at the front desk was very helpful. The hotel is one block away from “Downtown Hollywood “ restaurants and shops. Also very close to Hollywood Beach driving or walking (2.2 miles). Publix and Walgreens 5 minute walking distance. Only thing no microwave in the room. Would stay again."

"The room is decent could use a total remodel but at this stage its fine the maid is wonderful the room is decent size the beds a comfortable spaced 11am check out is alright 3 pm checkin is not alright it should be 1 pm lateset beds are comfortable the room is fairly clean but price needs to come down to hostels prices they are charging shared toom prices not hodtel and should not advertize as hostel"

"We stayed in unit 5 at 1745 Jefferson. The unit was very run down and dirty. The shower curtain had to be changed. We had to scrub dishes and cupboards before use. The couch is discustingly sticky and dirty. Carpet was stinky. Couch was aweful to sleep on, it's like a hammock with a bulge in the middle. The shower head is falling apart and the shower drain is partly clogged. "
