"The Hotel was nice but the Beach and the Ocean was NOT clean, the water was completely covered with seaweed which made it very difficult to get in to the clear water. The Hotel and the Beach was very busy, since the Hotel management let all public access to the Hotel, Restaurants and especially letting all public park in the Hotel, so we had to look hard for parking. The Board walk front of the Hotel was very busy. I will NOT return to this Hotel nor to this area."

"Malo, el servicio mal me entregaron la habitación sucia, me tuvieron que cambiar la habitación no se podía comer nada no no es muy malo muy mal el Hotel muy bonito muy buena muy buena ubicación, hubieron personas que así trataron de qué el servicio fuera un poco mejor para mis vacaciones, como por ejemplo una muchacha que trabajaba en el área de la piscina una muchacha de la recepción, pero de ahí en fuera pésimo la habitación me la entregaron que no había ni siquiera cambiado la sábana de los clientes anteriores. La comida muy mala es muy poco servicio y lo único bueno el desayuno que hay un poquito más de variedad de ahí en fuera más nada que no sea el churrasco y papas frita todo lo demás es comida rápida para entrar al restaurante hay que reservar y no me dejaron reservado. Supuestamente estaba lleno estaba lleno toda la piscina, no sé muy malo y el Carro no hablar del ballet parking. Había una espera de una hora y media para pedir el carro y yo no hago un bebé de cuatro meses no muy bonito el hotel pero"

"Leaking in the garage. Parking spaces were very close and difficult to navigate, let alone the exit. There were smokers along the walkway in front of the rooms. There should be a restriction - NO smoking on property, since the rooms are not well sealed and the walkways are narrow. I appreciated the Greek yogurt option for breakfast. I would appreciate the option of not having cheese in the egg. Overall, decent stay. I may try it again. The smoking and difficult parking lot exit would be the reason we don’t return. "
