"I booked a room with ocean view and the gave me a room with view to the building in front, I went to ask the reception staff and said that was the only option they had because they where sold out."

"I love staying here. Parking is available. It’s a great location. Rooms are spacious and clean. The only problem is it takes 10-15 minutes for the water to warm up to take a shower. It’s a big problem for an otherwise pretty decent place to stay in Hollywood. "

"On the plus side: refrigerator, microwave, kitchenette On the minus side: -no cups were in the room at all to drink from or to use when you brush your teeth. -One small trash can for entire unit -Only one tiny bar of soap provided so to wash hands or to shower you have to move soap to bathroom sink or to the shower. -kitchens had 2 bowls and that was it. No soap, no cups, no paper towels -young woman at window in the morning was very short, not friendly, no humor or personality "

"The place required a 50.00 deposit that they claimed they would return in the morning. When morning arrived we were told that they didn't have changed and were directed to the main hotel 2 blocks away. The only outlet available were behind the bed and across the room where the microwave and refrigerator were already plugged in. "

"Clean but 2 pieces of furniture. Nothing to put your luggage on. No surface space. Just an end table and the bed. That was it. Felt like a hostel? I didn't sign up for a hostel I signed up for a hotel. Location terrible because it was in suburbia Fort Lauderdale and not close to mass transportation. I am a senior citizen with some health issues so I really couldn't walk a lot. There were no human beings in the building. Everything was texts. I don't think other people spoke English too because I did speak to a female for a little bit but she didn't really understand stuff. I had to use Ubers and I really couldn't afford that because I just have Social Security so my budget is tight. Hopefully they won't charge me for that night because it was a nightmare"
