The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Breakfast was a great start to the day, and the staff at the restaurant were attentive and always smiling, which added to the overall experience.

"And it's tiem biet (good bye) to our Ficus Suites Apartment that we stayed for the past 7 nights. It comes with a living room, dining room, kitchenette, and 2 bedrooms. The apartment is clean and bright and the aircon is adjustable the cold level we like for the very hot Hanoi weather.
The reception staff Apple, Hieu, and Lee were very friendly and helpful. They always greeted us with smiles, provided useful tips on locations of good food and day trips suggestions, asked us where we had been...

"We enjoyed our stay and were pleased with nearly everything. The service was exceptional, especially from Jimmi and Mia. Jimmi was a genuinely helpful and friendly presence throughout our stay, while Mia took care of all our tour arrangements, making things incredibly easy for us. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, which was a great start to each day. Overall, our trip to Hanoi was fantastic, and we are grateful for the excellent service we received.

"Staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help, always with a smile.
Rooms are basic yet have everything we needed. There is breakfast served in the basement every morning. The area is busy, yet our room was quiet.
Right in the middle if the old quarter, tons to do around the area."
"The rooms are small but the service and hospitality is exceptional. Location is perfect in the old quarter and I would recommend to anyone travelling to Hanoi "
"Service & staff were top notch! Rooms were a little dated but clean and spacious. Beautiful views and really liked having access to the lounge everyday."
"One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Beautiful new hotel. Very clean, comfortable beds and an amazing breakfast is served. The indoor pool was heated and zen like. The spa massage experience was excellent. The staff all appear to be highly trained and have perfected service to their customers making everyone feel like a celebrity. Location is great and a two minute walk to train Street as well as other attractions. Highly recommend. "
"We had an excellent stay at L’HÔTEL du LAC Hanoi! The staff is what really makes this place special. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they gave great recommendations for nearby sites in the Old Quarter, arranged our transfer, and helped to safely navigate our baggage through the hectic stream of motorbikes. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a hotel, it was tough to get out of bed in the morning - but well worth it considering the delicious breakfast buffet. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re a first time or returning visitor to Hanoi!"
"My husband and I stayed for only one night in Jul after an overnighter on Halong Bay.
We were upgraded to a deluxe suite; it was a huge room with lots of natural light.
The amenities were great, the bed was very comfortable, I wish we had stayed at this hotel for the few nights we had been in Hanoi before Halong Bay.
The staff were very attentive and really went out of their way to make sure you were happy.
Great location in town. Overall, definitely recommend."
