"Nice hotel rooms. Pretty clean and the rooms are pretty spacious. The only thing I didn’t like is that I had to call the hotel twice for someone to come to the front desk to check in. And lastly, the side door on the first floor is for exiting only and not entering so it made it hard for me to bring things in and out."

"The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The older hotel had been updated and looks nice. The complimentary shuttle to opryland resort, mall, and venue is an added value though with a car you can drive to the resort or mall and park with the venue extremely close by the mall. I did feel it was overpriced but seems to be competitive with the area."

"Property was under renovation and not worth the cost. Had I known it was under renovation I would have never booked it. Had to book another hotel for me and my guests which was inconvenient, expensive, and embarrassing."

"This was a great affordable place to stay, right near Opryland Hotel, Opry Mills, and the Grand Ole Opry. The staff was welcoming and everything was clean. The breakfast had all the basics and was kept fresh. Someone was constantly coming around cleaning it as people got food. Our room was clean and functional, with a refrigerator. I really liked when we came in late they had a kiosk on the front where we were able to get drinks and snacks and do a self checkout. It had quite a variety of options. Highly recommend!"

"Staff were pleasant on arrival, we arrived a little early, but the room was available. Room was clean and spacious and the ensuite was stocked with wash gels. Breakfast was basic but ample. Good stay overall. "
