"All the basic amenities you need! Hotel is located right next to the plaza so central to everything in Mitla. Bed was very comfortable. The staff were all absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. We were even brought coffee to our room first thing in the morning. Would highly recommend. "

"I like how convenient it was to walk to the Zocalo and they were friendly and helpful with our transportation back to the airport. Something they need to work on is on having a key so they can go clean the rooms without us having to turn them in and asking for them when coming back. "

"Love the location of the hotel across from the 2 main Markets. 20 the Noviembre Market were all the delicious food you can find at a very good price. Across is the Mercado Benito Juarez where you can find all the best Artesanias of the region. The Hotel had its charm, It’s an old, but they are working in renovations. location is perfect right in the center of Oaxaca. The ladies working there were very nice to us and answered all our questions. My only complaint was the hard bed. I book the hotel...

"Towels were old & stiff. One hand towel that was an old & stiff bath towel cut in half & hand sewn together for 3 people. Very basic room with tp, hand soap bars & one shower gel dispenser. Shower curtain was too short to reach floor. Shower water splashed out on to rest of bathroom floor near toilet. Can’t walk around barefoot or your feet will be wet. Toilet tank chain broke because it’s rusted. Night staff came to fix-slow water drip have to wait between flushes. No A/C or heating. Ceiling...
