"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. "It was a wonderful hotel but do not expect VIP. We got a simple room in front of staff stocking room. The staff was amazing and always greeted us with a smile. Thus, hotel is beautiful and excellent location. They can book tours for you and taxi service. But if you are making a choice based on your VIP earned status….i would not expect it to be honored."
