"From the moment we walked in the staff made us feel like we were the only guests there. They were so wonderful and accommodating. Literally the only reason I did not give this place a five-star is because their pillows were absolutely terrible LOL I know that sounds so petty but it was like sleeping without one would have been better. The room, in the bed, everything else in the place was top-notch. The staff would send us a message every day asking us how things were going and if there was anything they could do to make her stay better. I will definitely stay in this place again - I'll just bring my own pillow next time 😁😁"

"It felt unsafe as there is nobody there. You have to check in with a machine with people who barely speak English. At least we did not understand what they said. If there is any problem, you can't get help as there is no one on site. I'd not recommend this place."

"Room not ready at check in. I had my daughter on crutches and asked for a room near elevator. After more than two hours (5 PM) waiting for a room, we were given a room across the large courtyard, 3rd floor and down two corridors……..NOT close to an elevator. The disabled parking was always taken. Otherwise staff was very courteous and helpful. The manager took off the resort fee since we left very early in the morning which was nice of her. "

"Clean room, easy parking, check in was simple. Breakfast was delicious. Gym was nice. Pool/outdoor area really clean. Definitely would stay again "
