"Room not ready at check in. I had my daughter on crutches and asked for a room near elevator. After more than two hours (5 PM) waiting for a room, we were given a room across the large courtyard, 3rd floor and down two corridors……..NOT close to an elevator. The disabled parking was always taken. Otherwise staff was very courteous and helpful. The manager took off the resort fee since we left very early in the morning which was nice of her. "

"They let us check in early which was great. Room was clean and much more spacious than expected; had a very nice TV that swiveled between couch and bed. The pool was smaller than expected and really could only accommodate a few people which was disappointing. It was nice that a hot breakfast was provided. "

"Do not stay here!!!!! I was afraid to leave my stuff in the room. We found two crack torches under the bed. The rooms have not been dusted in years. I asked for 2 queens and got a full. The owner was extremely rude. She called the police on another customer because they asked for the deposit back. And the police kicked her (the customer) out. I’m pretty sure this lady steals guests money. One of the good reviews that this lady posted in her window to brag was “it’s always an adventure when you stay here.” That adventure isn’t a good one. "
