"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The amenities were excellent, and its convenient location near the mall made everything so easy and accessible. There was also ample parking, which was a great convenience. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a wonderfully comfortable bed that made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay with great service, comfort, and convenience. We would definitely be happy to return!"

"The rooms were very clean and neat! It is affordable as well. Near to aeon tebrau and toppen mall. A short walking distance away (2mins walk) has a very good cafe for breakfast and meals; called ‘belly good cafe’. Parking is free from 6pm-8am and very easy to find parking lots. Slight cons: We can hear the motorcycle rode past the hotel during the night but it doesn’t affect our sleep. [Check in reception staff was friendly but check out reception staff (didn’t get her name) was not very understanding; though we understand that hotel might have its own policy. We just checked out less than a few seconds and realised our 2yo toddler just pooped and the lobby toilet does not have diaper changing place, so we seek for her help if we can use the room that we just checked out to change the diaper but she replied firmly with a look and kept repeatedly saying ‘you have checked out’, even when we explained to her. In the end we had to remove some stuff from our car and change our child diaper in our car boot instead] Other than that disappointment, we really love this hotel a lot."

"Room is as expected. No bathtub. 1 big bottle of water provided. 2 sets of toothbrush with mini tube of toothpaste. Most unsatisfactory were the big bath towels, smell terrible. As it was late at night, we just made do with the smaller towels. If driving, take note to use the ramp next to Uniqlo, it was a steep drive straight up to 6th floor for parking. Directional signs to hotel are not clearly displayed. Need to drive quite far in before we saw the hotel signage. There is a lift lobby that goes to the 7th floor reception area. Need to validate parking before driving out. Hotel guest pay discounted rate of RM6/-. Lift to the floors can be slow at times. Access to mall on ground floor."

"Everything was wonderful. From the staff to the cleanliness and aviation themed interior design of the room, everything was amazing. I will say that the entrance to the gym is through a different lift which was a little confusing. The leg extension machine was also faulty for a new hotel but other than that, everything was seamless and relaxing"
