Location wasn’t convenient - there was only a small mini-mart at 5th floor, function room cafe isn’t open, nothing to see or eat within walking distance. Apartment seemed a bit old and had a slight musty smell upon entering the unit, power sockets weren’t conveniently located, TV reception was terrible and both TVs were small and not-smart (ie stream services not available/connectable). The hook for the shower head wasn’t working properly. There were extra towels and mats left hang at the balcony. The price is only okay since other properties with better locations and nearby amenities were more expensive for weekend stay. But upset that an additional RM300 was required as deposit (this wasn’t stated when selecting accommodation).
