"The room was clean and beautiful. It was so close to the Ponte Vecchio. Not as touristy as the other side of the bridge which is great because it is quiet! But still so many restaurants and shops to explore. "

"The staff and service were amazing, they remembered it was my wedding anniversary, and the manager gave us a bottle of wine.
Ronald was amazing in making sure we had our needs met. He took care of us during the trip and went out of his way to make sure our entire stay was amazing.
Breakfast was good and had an extensive selection, but the sausage/meat could use some variety. The coffee/cappuccino machine was very good!
The rooms were big and spacious. The shampoo/shower gel bottles could be bigger though. "
"The social hub was great! It’s walkable distance from the centre if one wants to walk but also 2min away from tram station making touring and getting to and from the airport super easy.

Its location is convenient for all sightseeing, the option of the cafe at the front of the hotel is a real bonus, great for breakfast too. "Clean comfortable room (with AC), nice bathroom, elevator. Very attentive staff. Requires taxi or tram (5 min walk) to old city, shops, restaurants. Liked being outside of the chaos of Florence. "
