"Our stay was overall very good! The room felt a little warm at times, but we really appreciated that they provided a fan, which helped a lot. The only areas for improvement would be housekeeping. We noticed a few wall stains near the desk area in the room, and the towels weren’t replaced when the room was serviced. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, the experience would be even better. That said, the hotel is in a fantastic location, and the staff was amazing, so welcoming and kind throughout our stay. Despite the minor room issues, we truly enjoyed our visit and would definitely consider staying here again."

Everything was extremely clean and comfortable, and you can tell the property is very well maintained. The concierge staff was especially kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. They even left me a birthday card and a sweet birthday treat in the room, which was such a thoughtful surprise and made our stay feel extra special. I truly loved everything about this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. We can’t wait to come back!"
