"The breakfast was extravagant, the hotel is beautiful, the room was very nice, but the shuttle system needs improvement. We were at the airport shuttle pickup, there were seats again the van, and the driver told us to wait for a small car. The driver of the small car was looking for other people and did not offer us a ride to the hotel. Finally, the original shuttle returned and transported us to the hotel. Not a good way to welcome guests. We are always offered some type of alcohol for our Silver status VIP welcome gift. We wish Expedia would offer something else. I’m allergic to alcohol. "

"All the employees are kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruits, local juices and wellness / detox juices, cheeses, ham, Ecuadorian hot dishes and sides like yuca and chia pancakes, made-to-order omelettes, breads, and excellent coffee. The dinner menu is equally varied and delicious. My room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. The airport shuttle was remarkable, waited an hour for my late flight. The gardens and pool area are beautiful. The town is small and the locals are friendly. This is my 4th time to stay here and I hope to return !"

"We stayed one night. It’s a beautiful property with lots of green and animals around. They have a restaurant with a few dinner options and good prices. Sound isolation is not great but it was okay for one night. They offered to take us back to the airport for five dollars."

"The one night stay was really good! the room is modern with awesome coffee maker. The only complaint was being the hotel is near the airport, if a room is available, we should be able to check in. We showed up at Noon, we have to wait few hours till check in time. We were not able to rest for the following flight that leave 6am. We have to check out 3 hours early for international flight :("

"I visited La Mirage Garden Hotel & Spa with my sister late April / early May. We had a fantastic experience. The property was absolutely stunning. The breakfast was fabulous. The concierge was in constant contact with us and helped us with whatever we needed, including setting up our rides to and from the airport with a reliable driver. Each morning they would make up our room, and each evening they would place a heater in our beds and build a fire in the fire place. Everything about our stay was absolutely fabulous. La propiedad era absolutamente impresionante. El desayuno fue fabuloso. El conserje estuvo en contacto constante con nosotros y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos, incluyendo organizar nuestros traslados hacia y desde el aeropuerto con un conductor confiable. Cada mañana arreglaban nuestra habitación, y cada noche colocaban un calentador en nuestras camas y encendían una chimenea. Todo acerca de nuestra estancia fue absolutamente fabuloso. ¡Tienes que ver este lugar por ti mismo!"
