"The executive room is nice with the balcony. However, the sofa bed was kind of uncomfortable. Overall, it was a short day in the city of Saigon. Moreover, the VIP room is comfy and warming for two people. Room was clean and had a few of the amenities such as a storage fridge/small kitchen layout. The stay was good. Only thing we wish was that the hotel had a buffet or breakfast lounge."

"They needed to swap out our rooms last minute but they did it fairly and offered free laundry services in exchange which we really appreciated. They also held our luggage for us a couple times when we went on overnight excursions elsewhere. "

"Photos of the basic unit is for a different property across street that hotel claims to not know why it's posted. I couldn't receive refund so had to stay in their provided unit that is 1/3 of the size of one I booked.
Room had some appliances that didn't work well and no TV remote."
