"I had a late check-in time and had to be up around 6am. I could have stayed at the transfer hotel inside the terminal but chose the Crowne Plaza instead. I'm glad I did. It took me just over 15 minutes from exiting my flight to getting to the reception desk. The room was spacious and clean, I didn't feel like I was in a box and I had a good sleep. I could have stayed a bit longer in the morning and had a more relaxing breakfast as it took no time to get back through to Terminal 3 for my onward flight. I will definitely stay again if I need to."

"Quick 1 night stay. Easy access and walkable to MRT station. Plenty of dining choices and markets all around. This is a new property and it shows, very clean. It’s like a small Japanese style hotel room. Very comfortable and eco friendly clean drinking water."

"Found this hidden gem for a last minute staycay for my fiancé’s birthday and checked in at 11PM. I called to check if it was possible to get a later check-out and explained my situation to the real precious stone, Priya ( the house above mine was undergoing renovation and we really just wanted a quiet birthday because we were both sick). Not only did she accord a later check-out for us and tend to all our queries, she and her team upgraded our room. This was a really pleasant surprise and finally a turn in events with our luck. Thank you so much and we’ll definitely be back. The property also has great amenities and is within walking distance from Changi City Point as well as the MRT station but it’s tucked away so you still have a good amount of privacy. Furthermore, we weren’t disturbed by the sound of the planes landing from Changi Aiport and had overall a very comfortable rest. Well- maintained hotel. Shout-out to the night shift housekeeping staff (Khin, I think) who greeted us at the hallways cheerily even though it was so late and tended to our amenities request so promptly and that time of the night:)"

"Clean, great staff, reasonably priced. Slightly confusing double entrance situation. Although dated the hotel is maintained to a high standard and was clean. Strong smell of mould in some areas (stairwells etc) but that is common in singapore"
