Unfortunately the communication with the hosting company wasn't well organized. They didn't answer back over messages via hotel.com messages, so I had to contact them over various other channels to finally get in touch with the right team which is handling the apartment.

"The hotel was very clean and nice, although there isn't a lot around the area. It's about a 17min walk to the nearest supermarket which is in a mall.
Could do with some comfortable loungers at the pool. There were only 2. Also, there are a lot of families so is busy around 5ish until 7ish.
The 2nd floor garden area is beautiful and peaceful."
