"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The property is currently under construction, which was not clearly communicated beforehand and made the stay uncomfortable from the start. Even more concerning, the entire place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke—including in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. This made it very unpleasant and felt unacceptable given basic hospitality standards. What stood out most, however, was the lack of care and professionalism from the staff. During our stay, my mother became ill, and when I needed assistance getting her into a wheelchair, no one offered to help. Staff members watched me struggle to unload her from the car and did not step in, nor did anyone offer assistance getting her to the room or elevator. That level of indifference was extremely upsetting. I ultimately decided to check out a day early because of these issues. Instead of handling the situation with understanding, the front desk staff responded with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend staying here."

"They do not have microwaves in the rooms not in the breakfast area. Instead they offer to rent you a microwave for a fee of $15.00. That is a little ghetto. Either have one or not. Grounds need kept up better. Nice location and decent price. Putting old couples with luggage. on the 3rd floor with no elevator is a little rude. "

"For the price it was a good stay. Walking distance from many shops and restaurants and the lake. Breakfast was great. Would stay there again. "

"The room and the property in general was very clean and well maintained. However, the bathroom was not stocked with soap and even after asking, the soap was not delivered in time. Had to go back to the front desk and pick it up. Moreover, there is no place in the shower where the bar soap can be placed!"
