"it was a good place to stay. I left something behind and they held it for me to come and retrieve. the only problem was, as of August 2026, the laundry facility isnt working. so I couldn't wash my close."

"An exceptional stay at Discovery Hotel Davao. The resort is beautiful, the staff were warm and attentive, and the dining experience was outstanding. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared—you can truly tell the chef takes pride in his craft. A wonderful experience from start to finish. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

Acacia Hotel Davao

"Conveniently located next to a large mall and walking distance to a number of restaurants and street food, Acacia is one of Davao's finest hotels. Serving as a venue for events, the busy lobby atrium and flowing staircase accentuate a sense of style and flair. The rooms are standard international class with small fridge and coffee/tea. There's a love seat and small table as well. Bedding was excellent. Very comfortable! Each floor is accessible only by keycard, adding to a sense of security. For the price, however, one would expect a lot more. Not that the rooms have anything wrong with them - just not worth the $100+ per night. However, Davao doesn't have a lot of alternatives to this type of hotel so I suppose this is what the market will bear."
