"Great hotel, spacious rooms, very well located to go to Universal Studios earlier and staff was very nice. The wallpapers and carpets were a bit old, but I would definitely return to stay near the park. The theme of the Minions was great too to get immersed."

"Clean room and bedsheets everything. Staff are amazing, very helpful ,The staff particularly the male staff was very helpful and really extend his help to locate our luggage . Breakfast are fresh and best food, love the salmon and soup . Location is perfect walking distance to station, food and shopping area. Walking distance to universal studio. My teenagers love the hotel, location and everything. Laundry was a bonus and having Lawson 24 hour open within the building. Convenient .Excellent service and Amazing Staff."

"The Park Front Hotel is a must visit if you are going to universal studios. It gives direct access to the entrance (around a 5min walk). It also contains a Lawson Convenience Store which is very handy if you need snacks or a budget meal. Must recommend the fried chicken and the chilled udon. Outside the place, there is also access to a variety of shops which are great for late night dinners. Very nice staff, they all have translators and can translate many languages. Also very family friendly. The only thing you need to watch out for is the amenities. The microwaves are not inside your room, instead in a centralised room inside your floor. Also, there aren’t many power outlets and even those are placed bad. However, everything else is very good. The best thing in the hotel is the buffet. It is included with the hotel cost and has an all-you-can-eat where there is many different foods. Buffet must tries: Fried Bananas, Poke bowl (contains fish), French Toast, and the Daily Fish Specials. Overall a great hotel. 4.5/5 Stars"

"We traveled as a family of five and stayed in one room, which had two sets of bunk beds and one single bed. The setup worked perfectly for our family, and we were very comfortable during our stay. We chose to add breakfast when we booked, and in my opinion, it was absolutely worth it. The food, convenience, and value made our mornings much easier, especially while traveling with kids. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Even with a language barrier. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to other families traveling together."
