以前から神戸では海側では一番好きホテルです。落ち着いた雰囲気、使いやすい部屋の設計、そして神戸らしい立地と環境。 仕事でも、プライベートでもゆったりと過ごせいつも快適です。スタッフさんは時とともに変わりましたが、変わらず丁寧です。また、ゆっくりと利用したいです。 所で山側一番のホテルがきゅうに閉館されたのは残念…再開を望みます。ぜひ、港まち神戸の良き風情を残してください。

駅やショッピングモールなどが近くて便利でした。朝食やサービスは素晴らしいとは言えませんが、悪くは無かったです。角部屋だったのもあったのか他の客室の音は全く聞こえず、静かに過ごせました。また利用したいと思います。

The room was nice and quiet and I loved the area around it as I could walk to almost everywhere. I only wished they were a little more flexible with check-in times as they made everyone wait 3pm for check-in saying that no rooms were ready before. I think having a check-in time is important but I also appreciated that most hotels in Japan give out rooms when they are ready for a better guest experience. You could get a coffee out of the coffee machine in the lobby as you waited but you have to pay for it which I found unusual.

清潔で広い客室でした。デスクが広く化粧台もあり、ビジネス利用に申し分ありません。ただ化粧水やクレンジングなど女性用のアメニティがないので、急に泊まる方には不便です。せめてクレンジングくらいは置いていないとお化粧が落とせませんので眠れません。女性はアメニティがある方が忘れたときに便利です。化粧水や乳液は好みがあるので必須ではないですが、必ずしも使わないシェーバーやブラシが置いてあるのに女性なら必ず使うクレンジングが置いていないのは女性のビジネスのお客様が少ないからでしょうね、出張が多い女性はお客様としてはカウントされないのでしょう。

三宮駅からは10分くらい歩きます。新神戸駅からだとタクシーで1300円くらいでした。化粧水などのアメニティはありませんでした。とても安く泊まれたので満足しています。
