"Overall a good experience, however itā€™s not the same standard of property that we have experienced elsewhere at 5 star all inclusive resorts. We were standard all inclusive which was fine, but I wouldnā€™t recommend the Preferred upgrade as you get the same room, just a separate pool area, which uses the exact same sun beds as the rest of the resort, which are fine but nothing special."
