Our stay was perfect the apartment was very clean. Plenty of sunbeds for everyone without having to get up early to save one. Very relaxing and peaceful would definitely come again.

The property was a 10 min walk uphill from the main strip, ok going down about of effort needed going back up. The staff were absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Although the room was a little dated it was spotless and very old style traditional feel to it. My only disappointment was no air conditioning which is a must for me, however there was a free standing fan which helped and as I only stayed one night. I would definitely recommend these apartments for a chilled relaxing holiday away from the crowds but close enough to everything if wanted. Taxi down to the strip was about €3.50 definitely worth it for going back up after an evening of food and drinks 😊

Lovely Place

Lovely place, traditional Spanish style, comfortable beds. Pool nice and big and plenty of sunbeds. Overall a very pleasant stay. Staff great too.

This property is just suitable for anyone who wants quiet at night but within walking distance of the strip. Very clean and the staff are just amazing. Juan made it very easy for me to locate the apartments and how to gain access.

Very reasonable accommodation

We only stayed one night as our flight had changed but these apartments are very clean and had everything you'd need. Kitchen was well equipped but you might want a freezer section in the fridge if you were staying longer. Staff were very polite. We also preferred the resort to the one we had stayed a week in.

Basic but pleasant

We only stayed the one night as we changed our flights last minute. We had a one bed apartment which was spacious and clean. No air con or fan however which meant it was pretty warm. The resort is very basic so more of a base to explore the island. Receptionist was very pleasant and checking in was very simple. Bottled water in the room which is a great touch.

We just had a 1 night stay here before going to a villa for a week. Arrived late (10pm) so no staff there but was given excellent clear instructions of how to enter. Basic but clean in a lovely area close enough to walk to main strip. Very hot on arrival with no air con and no fan and as no staff there on a night couldn’t get one. Pool looked lovely and clean but didn’t get to use it. Very pleasant lady on reception the following morning to check out. I would definitely consider staying here for a full week if visiting Lanzarote again. If they invest in air con for the rooms would be perfect.

Good small hotel

Good small hotel with moderate-sized pool and Gym and very welcoming receptionist Paula. Pros: very good quality beds and good all-wooden furniture. Excellent sea-view, good allocated parking, lots of towels given (but not the big beach towels). To improve: unusable frying pan which was strongly scratched since no wooden spatula was provided. No tea cups, only small coffee cups. A lot of smoking neighbors created horrible smell on the balcony. Please, host smoking and non-smoking guests in different wings of the hotel!!! Another issue is absence of mosquito nets in the bathroom ventilation! Even in winter, mosquitos got through the bathroom ventilation into the room and bit our kids.

Extremely clean. Design of property layout was good. Furniture very basic but in good clean condition. Balcony was really nice with your own table and chairs plus sun loungers apart of your balcony.
