A beautiful hotel with 4 pools and loads of sunbeds that are cleaned everyday. All the staff are very good as well as the cleaners. Everyone was kind, polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good and a feast of food for everyone's tastes. Wonderful stay I would not hesitate to book again.

Amazing hotel great value

Extremely welcoming staff. Very clean hotel and grounds. Rooms have everything you need, very clean, modern and smart. Great breakfast buffet, superb selection. Convenient location, lovely to have the promenade at the back of the property.

Excellent hotel and facilities.

From checkin to checkout the staff were excellent. The breakfast was great but the evening buffet was superb , great high quality food with varied selection would highly recommend adding this option. Room was excellent modern and clean. Pools were great clean and uncrowded. Very quiet and relaxing holiday. Radisson have done a great job with this hotel

Property was nice, and good value for money, l however felt out of place as a lone traveller. I do a lot of travel on my own but l somehow, felt excluded as a lone traveller. First time l ever experienced such. I feel the hotel needs to expand their target beyond couples and family and acknowledge that some guest prefer to travel alone.

This was my third visit and it's still wonderful, my happy place. If I had one small criticism, despite there being more than enough sun loungers for everyone I noticed that on this visit guests were ignoring the "no reserving sun longers before 11am" policy. Please don't allow yourselves to become one of those hotels as it will totally spoil the lovely atmosphere

Excellent stay

Stayed here for 2 nights with my boyfriend for a nice short get away. We were amazed with how lovely the hotel is, the rooms were big with plenty of room and very clean. Welcome drinks on arrival and managed to get into the room at 2.15. Breakfast was the best I have had abroad yet. Plenty of selection, massive points for the variety of fresh smoothies they offer. 10/10 Overall we would definitely come back

Top drawer hotel!

Hotel appears to have had a complete make-over, and it is done to a very high standard. Excellent breakfast, 4 swimming pools, many lounge chairs, and - and this is very important, bar staff know how to make a dry martini!

The area around the pool was very spacious and pools were lovely. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious with large balcony with sunbeds and table/chairs. Nice touch to provide water and fruit. Only slight issue was long walk to dining room. Food was excellent with lots of choice.

Great premium experience

Really great hotel, we enjoyed the junior suite which included a free mini bar. The breakfast buffet was really good, and the Italian restaurant was quite good for a nice dinner. It was easy to find parking outsider the hotel, so there's no need to pay for parking. The cleaning service was great, and the staff in general was very sweet. I strongly recommend this for anyone staying at Lanzarote.

Pros = heated pools, very clean, gorgeous suite (even though it was the cheapest room), free safe, water dispensers, excellent shower, delicious breakfast (omelette chef is the best ever!), all views are nice, good magician, friendly waiting staff. Cons = air con doesn't go below 22 degrees C in our room, no daytime activities like aquacise or competitive games, ok music at night-time, quizzes are repeated from the week before.
