部屋に遮光カーテンしかなく、日中は遮光カーテンを開けたくても紫外線が入り、外から丸見えになります。レースのカーテンは必要最低限付けてほしいです。 洗面所には今ほとんどのホテルに設置されている拡大鏡がない為、不便を感じました。 その他に関してはロケーションもよく、大変便利で快適です！

近地鐵站.轉車方便.一間年份頗長的舊式酒店内有擺放了一些東西.比起現在新的酒店是沒有擺放. 及方便旅客,較早少少時間取房間稍作休息.

服務人員非常客氣非常nice，缺點是床單有污漬跟冷氣全部出風口完全對著頭吹

冷氣出風口全部對著頭吹，櫃台人員非常好，真的最大缺點就是冷氣出風口完全對著頭，而且床單上很多黑色、黃色的一小塊一小塊的不知道污漬還是什麼，我發誓以上評論都是真實的沒有虛假，綜合評論我給3.5分

The service was really good, the bed was great, had a great time with my family, however most of the equipment are either too old or couldn't function, that's a bit minus tbh, still recommend to stay there, but they should clean the room more and get the tub fixed.

The coffee maker in the common area was not functional. The staff spoke very limited English. Had to ask janitoral staff for clean towels and they provided limited service.

Business center is large and comfortable. Was of great use for 1am-3am zoom calls back to US office as my roommate was sleeping. Breakfast is okay. The deluxe rooms are large. Staff were helpful. Only issue, which is temporary, is they are demo and renovating entire 4th floor til late Dec2023. First day there was jackhammering that you could hear throughout the hotel and i was trying to sleep late due to my 3am zoom calls. Hotel staff were accomodating and moved me to highest floor and construction noise was much quieter. If they are not doing construction, i’ll stay again.
