"This place is wild. You have six floors with a big hole in the middle. On the first floor is a netting, so nobody can paraglide trough the building at night. Good. "It's an older hotel but the room is clean and we can soak in hot spring inside the room. The open hot spring area is really nice but unfortunately we didn't bring our swimming suits. The breakfast is healthy with many dishes. I love this hotel."

"This hotel was awful. The hot spring (public and private), restaurant, and all spa features were closed or non existent. This was not communicated to us at all. Do not stay here - you are risking a below average room with no resort features to offer. Even the escalators here were powered down and whole sections of the resort area were boarded up.
The rooms need a deep clean badly and have a moldy smell, like you are living inside an algea cave. "
