The whole hotel honestly is showing its age but still give our stay a five-star and it wasn't a problem for us. But if you are expecting Holiday inn or a Hilton it might be a bit of surprise. The location is quite remote which we enjoyed. We did find some heat waterfalls and some hiking within about a 15 to 20 minute drive but there's not much else around."

"Main street outside the entrance is under construction; thus, very confusing to enter the hotel. Swimming poor is closed without advanced notice. Other facilities require Moriott Envoy and other perk programs that do not include hotel.com reservations."
