"Clean room, ok size, decent size is Hong Kong standard. Upgraded to airport water view. Bed is comfortable, wish the pillows are bigger and firmer. Shuttle to MTR every 30 minutes. Airport every hour. Nothing much in the walking distance area. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Did not use amenities or food."

"I think we were upgraded but wasn't informed about it.The check in person just told us about the breakfast which we were not interested. However, we found the room larger than normal which we prefer. It is also nice to have the toilet separated from the shower cubicle."

"The Auberge Hotel is a very nice hotel with comfortable beds, fantastic views of the mountains, the bay and on a clear day you can see all the way to central city. I however found the front desk unhelpful and unprepared at times. From check in, room change to checkout. I am familiar with Discovery Bay but at points had questions about transportation and it was met with subpar information. I had questions about dining and there was no clear answer on I my simple question on breakfast times. The first room I checked into was extremely damp and required a dehumidifier. Perhaps the hotel would be better served to be taken over by one of the bigger hotel chains."

"All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is packed with an activity schedule and different facilities to entertain the kids. Although we didn't have the time to do so because the kids were exhausted from the two days at the park, it was good to know that there was plenty for them to do if we needed it. I wish we booked an extra night!"
