Clean place to stay at. Probably a good option for any time of the year. THe coffee in the morning from next door was decent but we had to wait more than 20 mins to get it. They said the restaurant is open from 7am but it was not. THere are walking distance options for food and the Segway is very close

This was the second time we stayed here and we can't wait to go back! Great location with great views, front and back. We especially enjoyed the room with the patio and view of the golf course and mountains behind the property. Pretty much everything in Tahoe City is easily walkable from evo -- restaurants, bars, shops, the lake, and the Truckee River. And the bar and restaurant on site are always a highlight. Highly recommend!

Room was great, as advertised! Clean room, appreciated the large closet, staff was nice and helpful. My toddlers loved the patio and deck. It was perfect for what we wanted, a short walk to Commons Beach, lots of walking distance restaurants and coffee shops, even walked to Safeway. Great location. Very nice to have the restaurant right there too in same parking lot. We would stay here again.

Initial impressions. Outside looks clean and close to a lot of shops. The rooms are small and the bathroom looked clean until we noticed dirty boot marks on the bathroom floor. The AC unit had something internally broken and it was making a lot of noise at night. It made the whole family have a terrible time trying to sleep. We ended our stay a day earlier and just drove 4 hours home because we couldn’t stay another night with poor sleep.

The property is amazing! Having the restaurant close by is so nice. The sauna is a huge perk, just wish we were able to use the cold plunge. If any suggestions having curtains that cover the full window and for privacy during the day would be nice.

The location of this spot is absolutely amazing. The staff and food was top notch. The room was barebones but very clean and the bed was comfortable. The fire pit and deck amenities were awesome. I like how it was affordable and within walking distance to literally everything in Tahoe City!

Very central in Tahoe City with a great restaurant and friendly staff. No coffee in the room but complementary coffee provided at the cafe and reception. Found it clean and comfortable. Sauna was really nice. Would definitely stay again.
