"Pros: Great Location/Clean room/friendly staff/Rea in housekeeping Cons: Hotel is budget hotel quality pretending to be luxury hotel. The bathroom doesn't even have a tub, it looks exactly the same as my bathroom with the same cheap Wilcon faucet. I can see all the repaints that don't even match the original. Stayed 4 nights, never once was there hot water, it was lukewarm at best. Twice the concierge couldn't even help me book a restaurant reservation that evening, excuses that no one was answering. After I figured out how to dial PH number, I called the restaurant right there in the lobby and they picked up the phone right away. I told concierge I no longer need their help. Seda standard of luxury is no where near the luxury standard of international hotel brands."

"We arrived early, and we were able to drop our bags on the first floor to explore prior to check-in time. Proximity to shops and High-street is decent. Our room was nice and spacious with a city view. The room we booked for three is meant for two. Extra bed and amenities (in-room slippers, bathrobe) was included in the price we paid but had to be requested. The staff were great and provided these things promptly. However, it would be nice to have these things, specifically the extra bed, prepared in advance. Gym facilities and pools are nice. The bathrooms at the pool could use a water-proof shelf or hanger. We had to hang our bags on the door handle while showering. Overall good experience, excellent service with occasional awkward moments."
