"The receptionist is very blend, the tv in the room is not working, for the 8 nights I was there. I had no tv at all, the shower is not so clean, the floor is very dusty, I knew how dusty it was, as my allergy were trigger by it. It is not the cheapest hotel in San Pablo but the closest to my family's houses. The only reason I stayed that long because my family lives nearby. "Everything was excellent especially the receptionists and the staff who are very helpful, accomodating and warm. Please fix the internet issues as we didnt have a stable connection throughout our stay. Even our tv cant be used because of poor connection."
