"Excellent hotel and restaurant. All the staff were wonderful and the room was spacious and clean (bath, mini bar and safe). Ivan and Valentino in the restaurant, in particular, were exceptional and catered to our needs very well, (we're interested in wine and have various dietary requirements including a nut allergy). The breakfast stood out, with a wide variety on offer and high quality. The hotel is well situated for sights (but our of the bustle of the people) and the airport (esp. if you use the water taxi). We really enjoyed this hotel and would like to come back. We used the Turkish bath and steam room but we were a little disappointed regarding the temperature as it was a little cool for us. We"

"Room was clean. Bathroom, the most important thing, was clean. They don’t offer other than hand soap but that was ok. I am sad I forgot to ask his name but the gentleman at the reception was absolutely amazing! So nice and kind and helped us with everything we needed and ask. The bakery attached to the hotel offers delicious pastries, sandwiches and hot beverages. Walking distance to Piazza San Marco and main roads for shopping, restaurants and cafes. I would def stay there again. "

"Our room had a balcony facing the Grand Canal. Very impressive. Close to the train station which was convenient. Easy access to everything. Glad we didn’t take a place deep in the old city. Breakfast buffet was spectacular with a view."
