What an amazing hotel! Our room was spacious including a very large bathroom with all the amenities! Overall it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast that was included was delicious served in a very nice room. The hotel was located in a great area with just a few minute walk to St. Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge. I highly recommend and we will stay again!
Location was great, between the Rialto and St Mark's Square. Rooms were beautifully decorated.
Ideally situated for sightseeing. Tastefully decorated. Breakfast well presented but understaffed. Pillows were uncomfortable. Desk staff helpful. A surprise gift left in the room for my birthday. Thank you.
Staff was warm and welcoming when we arrived at midnight, which was nice. They have a 24 hour desk. Sad to see the roof top bar was closed in the off season. As a photographer I asked if I could gain access to take a few photos and I was told no by the desk agent. I mentioned it later to a bartender who said he would take me up, but the desk agent told him no. They were not busy in the lobby at the time, but the desk agent was outside smoking and not inside the building. We rearranged some furniture, as we needed two twins and not a king and upon moving the bedside table there was a 1/2 full Coke and other misc. trash. As a Expedia VIP, I was given an upgraded room, which was nice, except that the cleaning staff parked ALL of their dirty laundry and cleaning cart right outside the room. The hotel didn't appear to be full at all, so it seemed odd to put it right outside the room someone was in. Breakfast was very good, well stocked for the number of individuals in the dining room. Staff was pleasant and kept the area clean. The location is PERFECT. Just a 5 minute walk from several of the transportation stops. We arrived via plane and left via train and had no issues.
