"Great large room with comfy bed and all the amenities you could need. Staff very friendly, especially when it came to trying to fix our room issues. Firstly the TV refused to connect to the Internet meaning it wouldn’t even start. It was fixed during the day and worked however it repeated the same fault the following day. The room AC also didn’t allow us to set it below 19C. When enquiring it’s because the cooling side is turned off over winter. Understandable but not great when we both liked the room colder. Staff were apologetic and helped the best they could nevertheless "

"Me and my mum had a fabulous stay at the hotel. The staff were all really nice and helpful, the room was lovely and cosy and clean, and the location of the hotel could not have been better. We had breakfast included in our stay and were so glad we did as the restaurant was in a beautiful spot overlooking the park and the food was really nice with plenty of choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Ezcellent hotel. Super close to the Jewish Quarter and extremely friendly staff. Loved the fact there was a free coffee and water machine to use in the lobby through out. The rooms were spacious and super comfortable. Would stay again."

"My room was next to the stairs but despite this was quiet. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location just a couple of minutes from the city centre and less than 10 minutes to the train station. I would stay here again. "
