We spent two days at this beautiful boutique hotel and had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and very nice sheets. The staff was amazing, and the location was simply the best. We’ll definitely come back again—our only small issue was that the AC didn’t cool the room quite well enough.

This hotel is in a great location, everything is on your doorstep. Before getting to the hotel, correspondence was very informative. Room was as described and had everything you would need. Staff at the hotel were all lovely and made the stay very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend and hopefully return one day.

The welcome was again great, the room was large and well fitted out. The only down would be that when you leave the room and take your room card everything switches off including the fridge and AC. I would recommend this hotel to guests who want to be in a great location and don’t mind climbing a couple of flights of stairs. We will be back next time we are in Krakow.
