"Had an excellent stay at Sea Containers London for 5 nights. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the River Thames, the breakfast was also good and the cocktails at Lyaness were outstanding. A special thanks to Sergiu for being so friendly and helpful to us and the bellmen and security team for making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I'd stay here again and highly recommend it"

"We loved our stay at Strand however I was incredbily disappointed when my flight was delayed and I have decided to pay for an extra night since I was arriving on the red eye and couldnt check in until 3. When I arrived at 9 they told me they considered me a no show. They gave me a room and told me bo problem… only yo charge me 265 for a no show fee. I was not told this when I checked in. After dealing witg a nasty front desk manager .. we were met by the hotel manager who assured us this would be removed. That should have been done from the start . There was no reason to get all upset for this. They need to fix this policy"

"This hotel is in a fantastic location right in the heart of central London beside Tottenham Court Station. The rooms are small however are newly renovated with a great shower and air conditioning unit which is rare for London, most other hotels in the area are not as clean and don't have AC. They only change bedsheets and towels every 4 days but they can be requested at no charge from the front desk. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for a weekend in London"
