"The person at the front desk was excellent. We witnessed another guest treating her very rudely, without cause; the front-desk person (her name began with “D” I think?) remained calm and extremely professional. She was patient and kind. "

"They have the most comfortable pillows! I honestly want to buy one for my home. Bed was great, room was clean. Had a hard time getting the right temperature in the room. It was warm and toasty to fight off the winter cold. "

"Great staff, friendly atmosphere as usual with any country inn I have visited. Plenty of amenities which I normally wouldn’t have needed, however the wife and I were in town for an event in support of our teenage daughter 😆 no wardrobe changes, hair adjustments were a hassle while staying here. Plenty of stores nearby plenty of on site amenities as well. Plenty of outlets (to charge devices) and the freeway is less than a mile away. The atmosphere was clean welcoming and workplace energy upbeat . The host who checked us in and out had a good sense of humor was wonderfully helpful and informative. He deserves a raise in my opinion. Definitely wouldn’t mind staying here again!! Kudos also to Hotels.com the property we were originally booked at (not country inn) was misleading and disheartening, however Hotels.com support were understanding, attentive, and swift resolving the matter and they dealt with a rude host saving us from enduring unnecessary duress in a already stressful situation @hotels.com/support Thanks again."
