"Room smelled like cigarettes and there was urine in the toilet when I arrived. The "gym" was unavailable due to repairs and breakfast was poor (grab-and-go granola bars). No in-room coffee. Staff was nice."

"the hotel is big and spacious. lots of grass surrounding if you’re traveling with dogs. rooms are big and clean. my only issue was with checkin. there’s always quite the line at check in time and they only had one staff person. i had an issue with my room (smoke detector battery chirping) and it took a long time to solve. almost 30 mins. that was frustrating. but staff is lovely. they just need more staff. "

"Hair dryer doesn't work, bathroom door's bottom hinge is busted, and the remote was held together, badly, by a piece of electrical tape. Our last stay had a MUCH better room."

"The pool was closed. The breakfast was okay, but did not have many choices. The staff was not warm and welcoming when my family arrived. The room was somewhat clean. The elevator inspector report was expired. Overall, I would not book these accommodations again."
