"Great staff well kept room"

"The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. They held our bags prior to check-in, assisted during check-in, handled our forwarded luggage, and assisted with bus service to the airport. We booked a superior room and were assigned the 12th floor, which was great. Although we were close to the elevator, we heard very little noise outside our room, and always within normal hours. The room as spacious (by Japanese standards), clean, and had everything we needed to be comfortable for our two-night stay, including provided pajamas. The location, across the street from the Keihan Railway, was ideal for reaching other parts of the city. Osaka Castle was just a 10-minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"This is a great hotel. We stayed in two places in Osaka and very much enjoyed this one. Their location is a very clean safe and modern area very close to the subway. A little bit far from Osaka main station but very easy to get around. The place is very professionally run, everyone speaks very good English and the brooms are very tidy and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, not a buffet but plenty of food and vegetarian options were available which was important for us. The free beer (unlimited) from 6 pm to 7 pm was enjoyable for relaxing too"
