"This hotel is in a nice neighborhood and is minutes away from the Shin-Osaka train station which was important for us. It is also located right next to a Lawson convenience store which came in handy. Our room was very clean and had a corner view. The downsides are the flooring is not carpet, so we can hear the footsteps from the room above us or when they move their table stools around. I’m a light sleeper so any bit of noise wakes me up. Also, there is lack of storage and no safe. Luckily, we didn’t bring any valuables with us and for storage we placed our luggages under the beds. We had to improvise on the way we accessed our daily outfits in advance. Other than that it was a nice hotel."

The location was convenient to buses, and the train."

Another coffee machine or keeping the filter coffee topped-up would be useful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
