The area was ideal, very close walk to dotonbori and other areas. The staff was very helpful when we needed two of our luggage delivered to our next hotel in Shibuya. The staff called our next hotel and got all the information down. It was an easy process and must be done before 2pm if you want it delivered the following day. I would definitely stay here again! "
