"Staff were excellent. I found that I lost my passport when I was checking in. They helped to call my last hotel, seeked for their help to the room I stayed lastly, and arranged with them to send it back by courier. Thank you very much for their nice help.
BTW, the local "taksashi" crab at nearby restaurant is super super oishii!! Must try!!"

"I wish I could give this hotel 100 stars. The location was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been, the staff service was unbeatable, and the meal they prepared for us was delicious and memorable. The onsen area was clean and beautiful, and I would recommend to anyone to make the trip out to Heda. Truly a unique and special experience and I can’t wait to go back. "

"Excellent view and unique experience for clamping. We asked in advance whether there’s toilet and bathroom inside the dome and the answer is “yes” . Turn out only shared outdoor bathroom and toilet is available . Maybe it’s because Staff don’t speak fluent English but it’s fine . I love the venue and the bbq and breakfast served by myself very much. Happy that it’s not yet occupied by overseas tourist and excited to explore this new place in Japan. "

"Staying at Numazu Club was magical. It truly felt like a hidden gem. The stuff was very welcoming and made every wish possible. My financé proposed to me on the last night in the private dining room in the old tea house. It will be a place that will forever stay in our hearts. Thank you Numazu Club team for making this stay so special. "

"We really enjoy our stay in the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious, and bathroom was a top notch with views over the sea and mountains.
The hotel is located on the isle and there is a very picturesque walk around it. You can also visit aquarium and marine park to see marine animals. "

"Room and the attached private outdoor onsen were excellent. Breakfast also worthwhile.
Only downside is that there are limited dining options nearby and dinner at the onsen is expensive (25000 yen/person)"

"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The meals were very good and the location was superb. We enjoyed being able to walk by the water and also enjoyed spectacular views of Mt Fuji during our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel. "
"Clean room, as per the norm for all Japanese hotels. Very modern and spacious room. Great location as you can walk to Atami Station in less than 5 minutes.
Because of it's local near Atami Station, you are close to everything - shops, restaurants, transportation, etc.
Our room is in the back that faces the train tracks. Surprisingly you can't hear the trains even though they rain close. If you are a rail fan like me ask for the back. It was a pleasant surprise!"
"Great room and a beautiful resort! The buffet breakfast and dinner get repetitive after the first day, so two nights in Hakone feels just right.
The highlights were the yukata and the onsen—super relaxing. The public onsen, in particular, was fantastic!"
