"I absolutely cannot rate this hotel enough. From the moment I arrived, along with during my entire stay, I was treated with the upmost respect and courtesy any guest could ask for. All staff were remarkable but 3 in particular. I am eternally grateful to Mai Trang, Huy and Cam. My stay mattered and these 3 went above and beyond to demonstrate this. The hotel should value and cherish their approach to customer service. The food in the restaurant was delicious and again, the staff were very respectful. The bartender who made my night cap (old fashion cocktail) was also very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable and the view of the river from my room was awesome. My stay here will be in my thoughts for a long time to come. Thank you so much."
